Error Message Request failed with status code 400

Issue:

Within SDMO, an error pops up stating :Failed with status code 400"

Where:

Need to access the developer tools (Ctrl+Shift+I under PC, F12 under Mac).

Access Application.

How:

Find xtrem-ui under Storage/IndexedDB

Delete Database

Log out of SDMO
